职位描述：
1. To build up EHS policies and procedures, and ensure the implementations throughout the site according to policies and procedures of the NNAS.
依据诺和诺德总部政策、制度、流程，完善天津工厂的EHS政策、制度、流程，并监督其执行；
2. Assist the EHS coordinator by planning and carrying out EHSMPs, environmental mapping, WPA and other reforms of risk assessment in the unit (only for health and safety coordinators) 协助EHS协调员在本工厂范围内计划并贯彻执行EHSMPs，环保计划，WPA等其他相关风险评估的更新工作。
3. Follow up on EHS action plan 跟进EHS行动计划。
4.Discovery, analyze, evaluate and report the EHS risks faced by the site, and give related suggestion or solution to EHS coordinator. Organize the site to realize the approved improvement measures to eliminate lost caused by EHS related reasons; 组织发现、识别、评估、反馈工厂内各环节存在的EHS风险，向EHS协调员提出改善建议、方案并负责组织各部门加以落实，以消除由于EHS因素产生的损失;
6. Data collection and input the IT tools (such as CATCH, EnviroEASY, MapEASY etc. ) Arrange and have meeting with expectation and complete report ( include government related ) 数据的收集总结和IT工具的数据录入。安排并参加相关会议并完成相关汇报（ 包括政府相关内容 ）；
7. Be responsible for communicating and training the employees and outsourced persons who working in the site on EHS, to enhance the sense of EHS on them;负责对工厂员工及在工厂工作的施工单位人员进行EHS方面的沟通和培训，增强他们对EHS的认知；
8. Participate in the process of plant construction, equipment installment including making contracts with suppliers, so as to make sure those projects to meet the requirements of EHS, and also take the responsibility of environment evaluation、safety evaluation、OH evaluation、energy evaluation and check and acceptance work.参与工厂的厂房及设备的新建或改建工程，包括参与和工程供应商进行的合同谈判和签署，以确保该工程能符合诺和诺德EHS的管理标准，并负责与工程相关环境评估、安全评估、职业卫生评估以及能源评估和验收工作。
9. To build up and maintain good communication relationship with local authorities, e.g. Fire, Environmental Protection, Safety Bureau, so as to be aware of the latest changes in law environments.与消防、环保，安全等当地政府机构建立和维护良好的沟通关系，以获悉最近的法律环境的变化。
10. To participate in PPE( Personal Protection Equipment), service related EHS, EHS utility, equipment and spare parts procurement.参与个人劳保用品、EHS相关服务项目、新增EHS设施、设备及备件等的采购工作。
11. To take the responsibility of EHS and special equipmentarchiving management. 履行对厂务部安全档案和特种设备档案进行管理的职责。
12. Other facility relevant work.其他厂务相关工作。 |
