500强电子产品制造公司招聘：
Responsibilities
(1)Perform duties and process paperwork as directed by Engineering, Quality and others.
(2)Generate new procedures and work instructions to ensure departmental compliance with current quality standards
(3)Supervise the design and development of new products/processes which will be transferred into high volume production. This shall include interfacing with a cross-functional team of tooling engineers, machine shop personnel, CAD engineers, process engineers and product specialists.
(4)Ensure new product specifications that meet agreed timelines and cost targets.
(5)Monitor and report regularly on multiple development projects to ensure project objectives are achieved.
(6)The new products/processes must be designed using robust product and process development methods including DOE and Taguchi methods to ensure products are designed for high volume manufacturing.
(7)Provides leadership during the specification, design and development of new products/processes.
(8)Develops validation and qualification plans for new products prior to release to production. Uses validation methodology to demonstrate process capabilities.
(9)Ensures manufacturing and other personnel are trained as required in support of new product/process introductions.
(10)Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications & Skills
(1)BS in engineering or technical field along with at least 3-5 years experience in high volume manufacturing environment. Experience with a wide variety of processes and product development is a must. Able to produce engineering designs that can be easily manufactured.
(2)Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, engineering drawings and specifications. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write procedures or work instructions and process documentation. Ability to produce accurate engineering reports. Ability to effectively present information to management, operators and others as needed.
(3)Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts as related to subject product development. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance using basic statistical methods and correlation techniques.
(4)Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
